C-A-D is made by Tim Buckley.

Yeah the art style is a little different, and so is the humor. CTRL usually has a little more sophisticated humor and stuff ^^;

Speaking of VGCats, there is a little flash cartoon. I am not sure, but it feels like some of the voice cast was taken from Legendary Frog's talent.
