Oh and update. I have complete mobility. Well I still have a cane since my ankle is week from 3 weeks of in activity, but the pain is pretty much gone. biggrin

....I always gave my EXP share to the weakest pokemon and went up and down Victory Road and got arseloads of EXP. Go in lvl 3, come out lvl 34
