Kaede dismissed him with her hand. "It's ok Devin. I was going to take Tinerius out to get him some new...real, clothes."

"No, seriously, answer the question. I'm not going to use the information to kill you are something." Devin said picking up his bag, "Al packed me plenty of spares. I've even got clean boxers, if you want."

Alyxis forced her mouth away, and gave him a glare, "Don't ever slap my a** again."

Pyne nodded and looked at her with sadden eyes. "Sorry Alyxis." He said softly.

Tiberius sat feeling very uncomfortable. He chanced speaking. "Um..It's perfectly fine. I will probably be leaving you all soon, so I wouldn't want to take your clothes...Kaedes illusions will suit me for now...." Tiberius waited, terrified of his reply.

"After you get the new ones today you can give them back," Devin said as though it were nothing.

"Good boy," Alyxis smiled in response, and leaned back in to kiss him. They were light and teasing, then deeper and sensual.

Pyne smiled as they kissed again as he held her close.

 

[Julia the Trickster]

"Gyah!" Julia shouted frustrated. "Whatever! Let's just go!" she says as she takes Tiberius by the hand and pulls him to the door. "Devin, you meet us there when you're ready. Come on Tiberius." She pulls him out the door, shutting it behind her. "Now let's find that 'cafe.'" she rushes off to find it, trailing Tiberius behind her.

Devin's eyebrows came together, was she still angry at him? He sighed, so much for southern hospitality. Once he'd gotten his feet stuffed into his shoes, and found the coat Alyxis had packed for him he headed out making sure the door was locked behind him. He trotted to the cafe to stay warm.

Alyxis finally pulled away, then grinned at Pyne and took off at a full on run for the cafe.

Pyne raised his eyebrow and chased after her.

Alyxis accessed her powers and shot ahead of Pyne, not hitting stopping until she reached the cafe. She kept her back to the door, to better let Pyne catch her.

Pyne reached the cafe and looked at Alyxis. "Alright, you win this time." He said softly.

 

[Hiraru Sagara]

Alyxis smiled at him, "At speed no one can defeat me. What do I get for winning?"  

[Tall Italian Boy]

Pyne smiled and put his arms around her. "Whatever you want." He said softly.

Alyxis pressed her lips together as though to think, "Mmmmhhhh... Interesting proposal..."

"AL!!!" Devin's voice sound like something between a croak and a squeak, "Please, people have to eat here!"

"Choose wisely." Pyne added as he smiled at her.
