[Zahzi]

"Really? Not gonna question just how you enter the Internet in the first place?" Hal asked, raising an eyebrow.  

[cptflint]

"Well it's not I don't have built in wireless bits that I use to browse all the time or anything," he replied with a shrug. "Or a computer in my room... I take it what you have in mind is a bit more complicated."  

[Zahzi]

"Yeah. Like diving into the 'Net head-first."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"No." Edge growled.

"That's exactly how Haley got the virus. We won't be helping anyone if we put ourselves in the open to that same virus."  

[Zahzi]

"Hence why I suggest a team goes in. Tango ought to be an asset, seeing as his Jammer might create a sort of Barrier to keep you from being infected."  

[cptflint]

"We should go get him then," Steam replied. "If you think it will help I'll do it."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Are you sure Tango's abilities will keep us safe?" Edge questioned, remaining put as she watched Haley.  

[Zahzi]

"Who's the scientist here, Kelly..?"

Hal then looked back to Steam.
"Biggest problem I see now is getting Icarus to agree."  

[cptflint]

"If he doesn't then I'd do it anyways," he grunted, turning to leave. "But I'll go talk to him then go find Tango. You want to come with Edge?"  

[Zahzi]

"No, no. I need her to stay here. She needs to explain to me exactly why I'm seeing double..."  

[cptflint]

"Right," he replied as he started down the hall towards the command center.  

[Zahzi]

Five minutes later...


"WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU WANT TO JUMP INTO THE INTERNET!?"  

[cptflint]

"Hal thinks it can help bring Haley back and I trust him. He told me if we brought Tango that his equipment would keep us safe," he answered, standing at attention.  

[Zahzi]

"But jumping into the INTERNET!?"  

[cptflint]

"A necessary risk that I can handle," he replied confidently.
