It is not that funny. Only a little... gonk
But, I probably should start to go to bed early starting next week. If I don't wake up for my class, like I said, I'll get kicked out, so I guess it'd be a good idea to start trying to sleep early - and get off the computer before 12 or something... ~_~ only one month left, might as well do my best... ))

GAH. I'm so mad. My mom bought all Pork Ramen and I'm having a massive craving for beef. XD;

Haah, maybe Honda could come in and see that Jounouchi is with Malik. And get super special mad or something... XD;; That might be entertaining..... -.-
Then again, did Honda already know that they were togther? I forgot... I think so, nevermind. He was with Yuugi and Anzu right? Well, I think we ought to also do somthing with Jou's dad eventually... uhm... well, then again, I suppose we could always have some peace until Rishid comes? =/ Rishid could come tonight or tomorrow? I think it'll will be a surprise. He should probably come by when Jounouchi is over... soooomebody might get jealous... -.-;;;
Sorry I'm running a bunch of crappy ideas by you cause Im not sure what to do at the moment.

((XD;; I haven't had Ramen in so long, but I usually only eat the chicken flavor... but that sounds good. o.o I haven't eaten lunch yet either, so maybe I'll have some. ^^ Ah, but I eat Ramen weird. I don't like too much spice, so instead of eating it with the brother, I just let the noodles simmer in the brother for a while, then strain them so I only have the noodles and what little bit of broth they've absorbed. XD;; *is picky* It tastes really good that way though. =D
Oh, that sounds like a good idea. I don't think Honda completely knows where they're at in their relationship right now. XD;; I mean... he doesn't know that they were making out or anything. He pretty much knows that Malik tried to rape Jounouchi, and Jounouchi forgave him. But he'd definitely be jealous if he came in. wink Maybe he decided to go off on his own for a while and decided to stop in. If he hadn't been to the store in a while, it would give him a good reason to stop by, not to mention he wouldn't realize that Malik now works there.
And I'd love it if Jounouchi was over when Rishid came. XD Tonight or tomorrow works for me; whatever you want. And we've got plenty of time to deal with the Jounouchi's dad thing.))

((Okay, so we ought to start with the Honda thing. I suppose he could be browsing the store, and Malik is about to get off work. Erm, and then maybe he could notice them 'flirting' (or else, it'd probably be Malik flirting with Jou and Jou being okay with it) and maybe Malik could suggest them going out for dinner, or Jou spending the night. I'm sure Honda would get upset. *nod*
I don't know if he'd approach them or follow them or what. Haha, Honda is always following people... ~_~: I've noticed... at least in the manga/anime... -.-;; especially Jounouchi, I think. He's protective. It's cute. <3

Yeah. =D I don't exactly go for the whole, "Jounouchi's father beats and rapes him constantly thing," because that just doesn't seem realistic with Jounouchi's personality and attachment to his father (he at least seems to love him a little), not to mention he's not often covered in bruises and the like. I just think his father's a useless drunk, forcing Jounouchi to work two or three jobs to support them, and then maybe occasionally gets really drunk and will throw bottles at Jounouchi or yell at him. Maybe more verbal abuse than physical. I do think Jounouchi's father blames him and Shizuka for the divorce though. ^^;;
Sure, I'll take the chicken Ramen. XD *goes to make some right now*))

Work was finally over. Today had went better than expected actually. Taking off his name badge and tucking it gently in his cubby, Malik headed back into the main section of the store once he was signed out. Jounouchi was fairly easy to notice and Malik walked down one of the aisles towards him, slinging an arm around his waist and stating, "Find anything good?"

Generally physical abuse makes the child pretty aggressive and controlling themselves... *cough* Malik *cough* Erm. When I write stories for them, Malik's dad was the worse one, even though I don't think this is really expressed in much fanfiction.... I mean, I guess the initiation was for tradition, but his dad still seemed like a b***h because of his other actions. But maybe that's just me... ~_~ Besides I like the abused Seme idea... since abused uke is often overdone....
Yea, that's so mean. Y'know... one thing I didn't get, is why Malik actually apologizes for his dad's death, I mean, I guess it's because he really loves him and all, but... it's his father's fault for being such an a*****e right?! Look what he did to Rishid! He would've done that to Malik too, Yami no Malik protected him. D: ))

Jounouchi jumped, turning to look over at Malik, "Oh, no, not really. It's kind of hard to find stuff you want in a motorcycle store when you don't have a motorcycle." he grinned, turning to face Malik, "You done with work?"
And, as fate would have it, Honda walked into the store. He had been riding his motorcycle by and decided to stop in to look around. When he entered the store, he smiled, thinking it hadn't changed much, until he noticed, near the back, Jounouchi and Malik were there... talking... and... was that Malik's hand around Jounouchi's waist?! Honda could feel his face heat up in anger, but he thought fast and ended up going to another part of the store to watch them without being seen.

Already ate, though I gave half of it to my dogs because it was making me sick. D: I hate when that happens. Random foods will just make me feel sick and I have to stop eating them.
Yes, it is very common in the Puppyshipping world. XD;; Which is why I'm not very keen on it; it's overdone and hardly ever well-developed. One of the most common plotlines is that Kaiba happens to see Jounouchi with his shirt off and wonders where all the scars and bruises come from. How... original. XP Then sometimes they thrown in that Kaiba was abused by Gouzaburo so he knows what Jounouchi's going through, blah-dee-blah-dee-blah... but I can see Jounouchi kind of shrugging if off when his father's drunk, secretly really upset about it, but just overall acting like it's nothing and taking care of his father when he is drunk. Like, "C'mon Oyaji, ya useless drunk... let's get ya to bed... no, you've had enough... give that bottle to m-you almost smashed that thing against my head ya friggin' jerk! Give. It. Hear!" then he gets the bottle away and his father starts yelling at him about what a terrible son he is, and that's when Jounouchi really does get depressed. Ya know? That kind of thing... XD;;
I can see Malik's father as physically abusive. Definitely to Rishid, maybe occasionally to Malik to 'toughen him up,' but I would see him as pretty much leaving Isis alone, because as a woman she's not worth it or something. rolleyes But I think Malik's father overall treated him like a prince of sorts, as if he was sacred, as long as Malik behaved like a perfect little angel that did whatever daddy said.
Well, I think Malik didn't understand the full extent of his father's horribleness because he was younger at the time, and it was all he knew. He probably didn't understand how parents should be, so he didn't feel his father had done much wrong, and that he didn't deserve to die... besides, I don't think many people would be happy about killing their own fathers, no matter what the circumstances.))

Malik nodded and grinned. "Yup, I'm done for the day." He smiled again and leaned his head on Jounouchi's shoulder. "You wanna go out tonight, or we could go back to my place and figure something out there? I don't have many games or anything but we could make out on the couch or something..." He suggested lowering his tone a bit.

Well yes, I picture it being that he is only mean to Malik when he acts out. And he's just generally bitchy to Rishid, and ignores Isis. x_x Which is why I think Malik might be a little envious of Isis... she didn't get any s**t, and he can relate to Rishid because they both suffered a bit.
Mhm, yea. I think mostly Malik wanted his father to accept him. But it's hard because Malik also wanted to be able to do his own thing and his daddy didn't want that. Yup. Anyway, my abuse story mostly has to do with Malik finding Rishid getting hurt and trying to stick up for him.... basically he gets in big trouble for questioning his father and that's when he takes the most abuse. Erm, that's in my short story that is.
I do like your version of Jounouchi a lot. I don't mind the abuse stories if they are well done. But yours does seem more in character. ^.^ And realistic too. I still feel terrible for him. ))

Jounouchi's face flushed. He turned away angrily, "I'm not busy tonight, but let's just see a movie or something instead..." he huffed, trying to ignore Malik's last suggestion.
Honda gritted his teeth as he watched and listened to the two. How dare Malik act like that towards Jounouchi! Especially after what he had done! This wasn't good...
((Yeah, I can totally see that with Malik's father. :3 Oh, and just to note, I usually imagine Jounouchi's father's name to be Kaoru for some reason, so do you mind if I start referring to him as such?
Yup, abuse-stories have to be well-done. Even rape ones can be good, but they have to really, really be well-written and believable! D:< ))
