Eternal Eyes(Starting; Need someone to take over Annexus)

((XD It was Garnet's idea for him to fall in love with Arisu. Besides, he's lived a very long life. He needs to fall in love, and I doubt he'll find anyone his own age.

XD And I think Mamoru's room could be considered a library because of all the books, scrolls, and papers he has in there.

I just realized that I still have Asuka's profile up. XD She died, like, a while ago. I don't feel like taking her profile down, though.

Mina leaned closer to Jay so that he could see her. "I wish I could help...I wish these healing powers of mine could cure your illness...I can't stand to see you suffer...You're the only true friend I ever had..."

((It just wierded me out is all.... Anyway, I think Asuka's profile should stay up. IMO, the only profiles that should come down are of characters that just sort of disappeared. Asuka is still apart of the story in a way, because she will still be mentioned probably. If you feel like you should od something, maybe you might want to note that she died on her skelly?))

The tallest of the creatures gave a throaty laugh, holding out a bony white hand as he did so. Though Qin's pride was hurt by his demeaning laughter, she knew this was no time to play games. She shoved the amulet into the creature's hand and waited for a sign to continue with the meeting. The creature grinned broadly as he turned the amulet around in his hands (his fangs glinting), then handed it to one of his peers, who seemed to have merely stowed it away in his cloak. The tallest turned to face Arisu and Qin once again:
"Thank you for returning one of our most sacred objects. Now is the time to introduce ourselves: I am Cadava, ambassador of the Jamga race. You needn't be concerned with the identities of my associates."
The jamga! I knew I read about beings like these somewhere... So now he wants to play Mr. Civil? Fine, Qin bowed her head slightly, "I'm Qin. Dragon, and of the highest-ranking members of King Annexus' army."

"Is it gone?"

Luana did not turn at first to see who spoke. She was looking up at the heavens, her eyes straining to see into the darkness. Throughout the evening a great undistinguishable form had appeared from time to time, blacking out the stars as it body circled the night sky.

Finally, after a long moment, she turned her eyes away and nodded at the boy who spoke. She did not know his name, he had joined thier group fairly recently as they had made their long journey through the countryside. His eyes, a brilliant red like her own, showed his relief as he went to go sit with the others. Ever since the form had been seen in the sky, they had all crouched and hidden in amongst the thick trees watching and waiting anxiously. She needed to go report to Fredrick. See what he wanted to do.

Fredrick sat on a stump nearby, his eyes focused thoughtfully on the shape of a distant castle that could just barely be distinguished in the dark. He looked up as he saw Luana approach.

"Has it returned to the castle?" He said focusing his blue eyes on the woman before him.

"No," said Luana "It has set down somewhere in the east, where I saw that group of people earlier."

Fredrick nodded. "Lets move out, then, while we still have the cover of dark," he said

He made a motion with his hand and they all rose to follow him

"I am Arisu, the king's assassin," Arisu said, bowing slightly. She normally wouldn't bow to anyone except Annexus, but she did not want to see rude or threatening in any way. She didn't know what the Jamga were capable of. She had made sure her eyes were covered with a black cloth, though she knew she really didn't need it. She could tell that the room wasn't very well lit.

"Excellent. Now," said Cadava, "why has your King sent you to us?"

Qin wasted no time. "Again, we're not here to make any deals with you. We're going escort you back to the castle immediately. Actually, I'll be flying you there." Just as Qin was about to open the door, a cold grip around her body forced her back in front of the Jamga.

"We will walk." said Cadava sternly. Qin looked back at Arisu, then back at Cadava. Annexus had warned her to be careful, and now Qin was anxious not to antagonize them.

"Cadava, flying is both faster and safer--"

"You will both escort us there on foot," he bared his fangs, voice now a hiss, "We will not negotiate this." He released his "grip" on Qin, and the Jamga all went out the door, covering their faces once again with their hoods. "They better be valuable to us in the war, " Qin mumbled. Eyes narrowed in suspicion, she followed them out onto the street.

Arisu followed them all. They will be able to help us. Lord Annexus wouldn't put his trust in anyone unless it was beneficial to him, Arisu thought to Qin, not wanting to say it aloud and risk them attacking.

Qin only gave a curt nod in reply. Then, having a sudden thought, she rummaged through her pockets and found the Blending Gum. Crap, it's not enough... not nearly enough... Disappointed, she shoved the gum back into her pocket, cursing herself for lacking the foresight to get more than enough for just herself.

They then led the Jamga through the fastest route to the castle (it still took much longer than they had hoped, since the Jamga insisted that they walk, and they were rather slow walkers). Once they were inside, the Jamga removed their hoods. They all made it up to the King's room without a hitch.

"My Lord, we've brought Cadava and the other Jamga."

[[Sorry, I think I godmodded a little there... I just wanted to hurry up and get them to the castle already sweatdrop I hope that's ok?]]

Eh...There isn't much for me to make Arisu do, so I won't reply.))

"Oh Does that mean i am allowed to destroy Mamorus room tomorow!?"He asked jokingly"You never said i am not allowed!"HE grinned and opend the door to his room"Night!!....Father..."THen he walked inside and laid onto his bed.He smiled and was happy somehow.

Jay shook his head"Maybe it have to happend..."He whisperd sadly,before he laid one hand onto her cheek"Don't cry or something like that...I am still alive.Still we both can be happy ,i try not to die so early ok?"He smiled at her and pulled her deeper to himself and kissed her cheek"Well..and you are my true friend..."

Mina blushed when Jay pulled her closer and kissed her cheek. She tried to hide it, but failed.

Jay smiled"Even with my bad sight i can see you blushing"He grinned at her and sighed"Well i wish your powers could give me just few more years...Even few more years would be enough"HE sighed again and closed his eyes"I am....afraid.."He suddnely whisperd as his body started to shake heavily.

Mina's blush disappeared with his second statement. "Jay..." Then she saw his body start shaking and started worrying again.

((Hey, I just thought of something. With so many people protecting Annexus, it would be very hard to kill him without killing the rest of them, wouldn't it? I think I'll put a strike through the profiles of the characters that die.))

"Strange huh?"Jay forced a smile "My body....it shakes so much..I am so afraid to die...to leave you and the others alone...It is strange because before i met you and the others..i wasn't afraid"

Ada hesitated, her knuckles an inch from the king's door. She had a bad feeling about why she was called here. Ada grimanced and then knocked. "I heard you wanted to see me, sir?" Ada said through the closed door.
