I've found a few parts in Clockwork Angel and Clockwork Prince that are like that for me. It's the whole reason why I decided to reread the two books. At least, one of the reasons, anyway.

My friend Melissa and I have consistently talked about this when we daydream what our place would be like if we moved into a place together. Since we're both bookworms, it's obvious we would have a library room. Plus a craft room. *laughs*

Most of the books that my favorite fictional characters enjoy are ones that already exist. So... I don't really have this problem.

How about buying a school book online and you open it finding a receipt from the last person who owned it... and that person happens to have the same first name as you and was getting it for a class very similar to the one you are taking? Now that's a bit mind-boggling when that happens, lol. Especially when the person was on the other side of the country.

Is that what the smell would be? I've always enjoyed that smell of a used bookstore, especially the little small ones by the beach. But I never really took the time to determine what the smell is. Now I know!

I've been doing that with Magnus Bane lately. Definitely been channeling the warlock's image in my mind lately - not just when I'm reading the novels he appears in.
I did a similar thing with Sherlock Holmes - the Benedict Cumberbatch version.
