"Pups are so interesting, spends the day running around and play then sleeps for hours on end." Kiba pushed the hide to wrap around the pup's body. "Course, I'm only keeping her until the alpha comes to get her and decided if you can stay in the packs home."

I looked around at the multi colored crystals and felt my mouth open slighty, in awe. I quickly closed it, hating to feel like a gaping moron.
I sat down on the cold ground and looked at the pup out of the corner of my eye. I knew wolves could be protective, and since this one had introduced himself as the "Guardian", I knew to be careful. But he did not see all that ferocious right now. He seemed to be more of a bentle and watchful guardian, than a fighter.
"I've never had cubs of my own," I said quietly, feeling slightly rude that my thoughts were keeping me preoccupied.

-as priest stared at the object moving under him in the pond he noticed it was a small wolf- "well now what is something doing this close to my home, and yet all alone and they know about me......." -he looks around- "i guess the phrase cute enough to eat, comes to mind......" -he smirks-

He nodded his head at Kirias' words as he rearranged the hay to better suit his size, then lay down, flopping onto his belly and spreading his wings out to either side of him; it had indeed been a long day. A long, odd day. But it was better than a long, boring day, he supposed; Boredom drove him crazy after a while.
"Hrrrr... Looksssss like we'rrrre the only trrrrruely "Magikal" crrrrreaturrrres herre, no? Not that therrrrre'ssss anything wrrrrrong with the Wolvesssss, but I'm usssssed to theirrrrr being morrrre Magikal crrrrreaturrrres in a arrrrrea than what I've ssssseen sssso farrrr."
He noticed one of his wing feathers was looking a little battered, and before he knew it, he was occupied with preening the massive feathers of his wings, getting loose debris, Erinyes blood, and other stuff loose from the shafts.

"Neither have I." He looked at Aakosir as she sat on the cold stone. He sighed as he pulled out more hides and laid them around the cave. "You shouldn't sit on the cold stone. These should do just fine. Oh, don't look into the crystals, those are for my eyes." He said as he blew on a blue one and it grew brighter.

I made a face, lifting my brow at the crystal comment, but shrugged and picked out a hide. I padded in a circle laying it out a little better, then laid down slowly, kneading the tough skin.
I let out a breath, sending some dust scittering in to the air. I sneezed, then tucked my tail around my face.
"Thanks." I said, realizing I hadn't thanked him for the skin.

"It's nothing. You don't mean harm, so I don't have any ill thoughts of you." He said as he looked into the crystal. The crystal over looked the swamp, he was still looking for the old alpha.

I looked up from my tail, keeping most of my face hidden, wondering what was so special about those crystals. I glanced over towards the pup.

Kiba moved around to the other crystals looking at every area across the packs territory. "Nothing....where is he?" He said, angered a bit by the lack of results. "He must be using old magic....it's the only way I can't see him." He growled as he moved away from the crystals and sat in the middle of the room.

Kaishin rounded the corner to see the new wolf, Kiba, talking with another. Kai's stomach then rumbled loudly as if to announce his presence. "Who's this?" he said, still irritable over being hungry. "And more importantly, did she bring food?"
