The Egyptian smiled peacefully, took Jounouchi's hand in his own and wrapped his fingers within Jou's.
((Ah, I'll probably get off soon. I need to start my essay and I'm also working on some art. I fail at being productive. And then my family wants me to play Gin Rummy with them... ~_~ ))

Jounouchi blinked, looking over at Malik, also with a someone-cautious expression, "Malik..." he frowned, "I... I can't promise anything I mean..." he looked down, "I don't even know if we're a couple right now or... or what..." he chewed on his lip nervously, "I know it's not right for me to lead you on when I'm not sure but... I just don't know... and I don't want to suddenly back out and upset you but... it's also not right if I'm not completely sure like you are, right...?"
((Aaanyway, I think I'm gonna stop posting in this thread for today, because I haven't gotten the 100 page art done yet. XD;; I'll try to have it done by tomorrow, and I'll also try to fix mah scanner tomorrow. So is it okay if we stop posting in here for the day?
And okay, I'll just look this Gin Rummy thing up then. XD;; ))

I just want to give it a shot..."
"I can't say I've failed until after I lose... I'm not going to give up the fight without... without first playing a card.." He smiled whimsically after making his analogy. "Isn't that part of being a true duelist? Or else... part of being a stronger person? I don't believe that I'm strong yet, but I do work hard... so maybe one day, I can be stronger... "

Jounouchi looked back over at Malik, his eyes reflecting, for the first time, what seemed to be true, complete respect for Malik, and sincerity... "Not just a true Duelist but... a stronger person..." he repeated quietly, smiling lightly and taking in a quick breath as if fired up at the thought. He held his fist out, his expression now going to determined as he looked ahead of himself again, "Yeah... you're right... no matter what, if there's a chance for a victory, it's better to keep trying... never to be unsure if you should just forfeit or not... you're right..." he stared ahead of himself for a moment before looking back at Malik, "You're right. I want to be stronger too Malik. I don't want to run away just because I'm unsure. I wanna face everything head on and hope it turns out for the best." he suddenly stopped walking, taking Malik's free hand into his own, "Malik I... I really do want to try... being in... a relationship with you..." a smile graced his lips and his cheeks tinged pink as his gaze buried itself into Malik's own, "I'm sure now."
((Haha, what sucks is that Honda's too far away to hear them, but he can see them. XD;;
Okay then, see ya later dear! =D We can fit about five more posts in this page before the next one, but I don't wanna risk it anyway. Have fun with your essay! <3))

This whole scene....
The sky so crisp of a blue behind them, golden reflections of sun shining brilliantly off of each lock of Jounouchi's blond hair and that gorgeous smile that graced his lips...
It wasn't...
This couldn't be... my life, could it?
So dream like... when it's normally so much like a dark nightmare...
No, it is real. He's... real. I can feel him. Malik reminded himself, caressing the inside of Jou's palm gently with his thumb.
I found... my sunshine...
"... I'm... glad... " Malik smiled softly in return and planted a tender kiss on Jounouchi's lips. After which he melted into Jounouchi's arms, closed his eyes peacefully and started humming softly.
((Anyway, I can't believe you fixed your scanner so quickly... *glares suspiciously* Yea, I'll post. I need to figure out a way to steal away the scanner... or else wait to post again until I get it... erm, are you going to get the first page? *sucks at calculating* Cause if so, we can just go until then, and then I can add mine after. ^^ Erm, I think that would work.... ~_~ *confusing herself* ))

Jounouchi closed his eyes, the smile never leaving his lips, allowing himself to just stand there with Malik in his arms, swaying back and forth contently. "I am too..." he said quietly, listening to the quiet song Malik was humming. It was strange. To get that off his chest. He thought it would be scary, practically dangerous... but it felt nice. He felt calm and at ease, and he felt that he really could see himself getting in a relationship with Malik. It was possible, and right now it even seemed probable...
((It ended up being an easy fix. D: I just was too lazy before today to actually try fixing it. I'm somewhat good with computers so... yeah. XD;;
Aaaand... since there's fifteen posts per page, yes, it looks like I'll have the first post on page one hundred. So that will work. Or I can wait for you if you want. ^^ Either is fine. Gosh, I can't believe we're planning this. XD;; We're so lame...))

When he had finished humming the song, the Egyptian snuggled into Jounouchi's warmth a bit more. Basking in the warmth of both the sun and his... his partner? ...yes... that would work... in the warmth of both the sun and his partner's arms...
"Maybe... we shouldn't go to the movies..." Malik finally suggested after a long moment of enjoying the quiet comfort in holding the blond. "I want to go somewhere more special, don't you think? Like a nice dinner... and then maybe we could have dessert and coffee at my place after... "
