ChaosTorrent Final fantasy 4... not so great akshully. I think imma start cheating now, then go on to the next game. Herein lies your problem.

Those might be worth looking into.

I like action RPGs, although I haven't been able to play too many. I just get tired of running green fields and doing random battles.

I like action RPGs, although I haven't been able to play too many. I just get tired of running green fields and doing random battles. We have Pokémon and one of the M&L games, but I still need to get Paper Mario. Random battles... I share your hatred. It's one thing to go through a cave and hit a million battles against bats/spiders/rock mosters/etc., it's another to not know whan you're going to hit said battle.

Teh AK OOO: Chrono Trigger doesn't have random battles... ;D I wish it would just come out on VC. They're remaking games so they don't have to put them on VC argh

The Paper Marios are awesome, because you can fight everything, and the battles can stay interesting due to the neat attacks and how fast you level up and stuff. Mario and Luigi is a little less awesome to me, because every battle I was just using the same attack and then trying to combo it infinitely.
