"Oh I remember!" Kyra laughed,"he made the poor thing mute,it was pretty fat already,so he put it on a diet,man,it made a baaaad guard!"

"He made what mute? Are you talking about your father?" Rahvine's forehead creased as she looked at Kyra. That sounds awfully cruel to me.

"I think she's not sure how she feels about him anymore." said Rahvine shrugging. "If she's spent as much time as I think she has around only him. She's probably never given a thought to the possibility that his 'scientific experiments' might have another name coming from someone else."

"Well reclusive in some aspects..." Aura said peaning against the wall,"you mask most of yer emotions behind a straigth face,hidding and burying everything that does not corcern anybody...Kyra,on the other hand,mask her emotions behind a smile. Trying to draw attention to her odd behavior rather than toher real self. I have a feeling her life was much tougher than she puts it to be...that there is more to her relationship with her father...that her lil masking technique works better than expected."

"Mmm, I guess that may be true." said Rahvine nodding. For me, I hide what I feel a lot of times out of sheer habit. With all the things a Hunter sees you have to learn to shut off your emotions in order to cope with the situation at hand.
