Only A Mistake ........ Opinions?

Sorry I couldn't be the person,
You wanted me to be.
Sorry if I was just a mistake,
But when I'm gone, remember me.

There so much you don't know,
Too much you wouldn't understand.
I know you hated me from the start,
You are ashamed of who I am.

I wish I could tell you,
What you've put me through.
But even if I told you,
You'd think it not true.

Now I'm writing what I couldn't say,
But only in rhyme.
Please give me one last chance,
Before I melt away.



I wrote this poem awhile ago, it's a part of my life all summed up....to my loving father...yeah right!
