i watched the whole video, you can pretty much skip the first 5 mins, right at about 5 min this ex cop tells you all about how he was trained by the government that weed was this "demon" drug and then he started to notice that all the people he's arresting are nonviolent and there's some other choice stuff in the end.
Oh yeah and at about 14 minutes he pretty much tells you how to avoid arrest, get out of arrest, etc etc

Our drug possession chrages are not that harsh. You don't get arrested if you have a roach lol. I think it's anything under a gram just gets a fine.
