RIP Scaffold...

[Purge In My Breakfast]

I had my Scaffold done in March, and it never really healed.

So I got it changed to 2 seperate bars, in hope it might sort out the piercing.



But it just swelled up (as you can see in the picture) and it go so bad I had to take the bottom one out

Now I'm down to this:



I feel a bit violated.

Oh well.

I have possible infections in my body + anaemia right now so I'm not gonna get anything added or removed until I know what's wrong with me and its gone...

Let this be a lesson to everyone who doesn't clean their piercings enough.

Even though I cleaned the ******** 3 times a day.

I guess I was just unlucky, the bottom bit always gave my trouble.

Top one's healing fine now though smile

Tbh, in my opinion it didn't look terribly swollen. Just a bit with some normal hypertrophic scarring.

Both my cartilage piercings are fully healed and have hypertrophic scarring on them, doesn't mean it will never go away smile .

My conch just recovered from a very bad bout of it.

Sadly scaffolds also take up to a year+ to heal.

I do hope you may be able to get it repierced one day! Plus get better soon smile .

Never heard it called that before. Hah. Sorry to hear that it isn't working out right away. Best to take it slow, anyway.

I'm with `dagon. The one barbell is amazingly cute, mainly because not many poeple have a barbell like that in that location.

I wanna get a little spike to put on the top of the barbell and a jewelly one for the bottom bit. I wanna do it within the next 3 weeks because I'm going up to Scotland to see my boyfriend and I wanna look all sexy for him n stuff razz
