let your hair grow out, actually take care of your hair, like use shampoo, conditioner. and a couple of trims here and there. when long enough, straightener. question: is your hair like EXTREME wavy, curly, or semi wavy? cause this hair is actually pretty well done, with semi straight/straight.

1. get a hair straightener.
2. get a fringe and let it grow out.
3. sweep the fringe to the side = side fringe.
4. dye it black if it isnt black allready...

You need a straightener...thats pretty much all you need. if you wanna go beyond that you need either wax or gel to spike it. pretty much that easy.
