...I haven't drawn anything in about 3 months now. This is the first thing I've done and I'd like some critique on it. How does it look? Is any disproportional? Should I practice some more before uploading anymore art on gaiaOnline...? gonk Anyways, here it is:

Looks pretty good to me. The only thing I have to say is to make the arms a bit longer and the ear can be bigger.

I don't really see any glaring problems, except the ear looks slightly strange. I read somewhere that ears are never exactly vertical to the jaw and that ears are usually at a slight angle instead.
Other than that, the line-art is very neat! (And un-smudgy looking. o-o)

Thats very nice! Don't be afraid to get a little messy with the lines, sketches are allowed to be a bit rough. I like how you managed to make it all clean, it's not easy to do by hand.

Looks good, but be careful when you have a lot of hair like that the head is still under there so be carefull with the propotion it looks like the eye is a little too high on the face. And like Lucine said dont be afraid to get a little messy with the lines its a sketch most of the time it ends up looking better with a bunch of lines. wink
