they are a rare event item
sometimes they pop up in the screen and you have to claim it before it expires (if you take too long to claim it you'll lose yer chance)
They happen anytime, not like the OMG that you can buy it from the store for a limited time.
But they are Rare, some people have been on Gaia for a long time and only got one or two
while others are more lucky and managed to get more ^^
