Nell (넬) is a four-man Korean rock group formerly produced by Seo Taiji. They released their two indie albums in 2001, and after signing with Seo Taiji's Geosoo Indigene Label, released their first major album [Let It Rain] in 2003. Since then, Nell has continued to create unique music that captures listeners with its haunting melodies and lyrics.
After the 2004 release of their fourth album, [Walk Through Me], the boys left Seo Taiji's label and joined Woollim Entertainment, where they released their 2-disc fifth album [Healing Process] at the end of 2006. In 2007, they released [Let's Take A Walk], a "re-arranged" album featuring acoustic remakes of many of their hit singles including "Stay," "Thank You," and "믿어선 안될 말" as well as "연어가 되지 못한 채" (the demo for which was released in 2003) and two new songs.
Although their current sound and direction are constantly being disputed by fans, Nell remains a steady beacon for Korean rock bands in a music scene dominated by pop and R&B.
