ive been wanting to get a full body tattoo for years. however, at the current moement, im on medication thats been making me bloat up like a pms'd blowfish. My question is if i get my tat now (when im chubby) and go off my medication, will the tattoo stretch or be ruined, or any other unsightlyness?

Without seeing you, or knowing what your body looks like, your tone, or anything of that nature, it would be hard to say.
I would go to a local, reliable tattoo parlor and ask them, they should have much more insight than me.
a good artist will design something that FITS your body. Size and shape, most importantly placement. Just as your skin stretches and shrinks, so would your tattoo. I've lost and gained weight, and my tattoos have done no worse for wear.
