i've been having a problem with my eye makeup. i don't wear alot right now but i'd like to wear a little more cause its fun. my problem is it (mascara and any powder) always seems to get...ummm... i guess you'd say flaky, then it sticks under my eye, above my cheek bone and makes it look like i got a black eye or dark bags under my eyes. how do you keep it in place and clean looking?

I have the same problem but with my eye liner. People say dont rub your eyes and i dont but it always spreads to be lookin like a black eye.
Um. Try a different mascara. Is all I can really say.

i know what you mean! I love to wear eyeliner and mascara but the mascara always clogs up and the eyeliner is really runny so i end up either putting it on all crinkly or it runs making me look like a panda. lol

Use liquid eyeliner and better mascara

I still use pencil eyeliner, but a good mascara to use is Maybelline Blackest Black, unless of course you don't want to use black.

Another thing to applying eye makeup, as with all makeup, you need a steady hand, a good sense of balance and coordination, and the ability to think in mirror directions (you know, inverted directions due to looking in a mirror)

i have the same problem, and changing mascara or eyeliner doesn't change anything at all!
