New guild

Attention citizens of Gaia! I feel it is my duty to bring to your attention a new guild has recently fallen into my possession. The Proffessor has given up ownership of UKY and it has fallen into my hands. After it sitting there for many months on end, I am pleased to announce that UKY's campus doors have swung open and we are invited you all to come and join our student body. Tuition is free, so come on over!

You might have more luck getting people to join if you actually tell them what the guild is about.
