Hi, I just read my acceptance letter this morning and thought I should come on over and say hello. My name is Shelley and as I said in my request, I make ribbon and bow barette and have just turned my hand to polymer clay. I am a beginner at all of this, so my items are not perfect but I am learning everyday and it is nice to have somewhere to share my work; as I learn; and maybe get some critique along the way.

In case you were wondering, I am from the U.K and am 21 (22 next week) and I think thats it from me for now. mrgreen

Maybe you should mention some of this on the front page so people have a proper warning? Although I understand why you wouldn't. I guess.

I'm not mentioning this stuff on the front page because ideally members would do this kind of thing already or have lurked enough in the guild before requesting entry to have read the stickies. Failing that, having the initiative to come and look here after being rejected, figuring out what they did and rectifying it in a second request will do too, so feel free to try again smile

I know where you're coming from though.
I personally blame it on instant messaging and sms!
I get annoyed when people dont type properly too.
I think the only thing on that list is my lack in capitalised "i"s, as you can tell.
Its probably because i'm so used to having Word auto correct it for me. sweatdrop
