Columbine Massacre: Marilyn Manson

Recently we have been trying to stop bullying and stuff like that. So, we have been talking about The Columbine High School Massacre and asking how this could have been prevented. Many people blamed Marilyn Manson; so share your thoughts about him. (I personally like his music and he is not to blamed because, kids have minds of their own... but share your thoughts too!)

This has been done to death, Columbine happened because the kids mental states weren't recognized as unbalanced and the simplicity of getting a gun in America is frankly.... terrifying.

Manson was a convenient scape goat, as was Doom.

Though admittedly Mansons recent stuff would send me on a killing rampage too.

Don't blame the music, blame the ones holding the guns. Parents can't be held FULLY responsible on the matter, either. Could it have been avoided? Probably. Who knows?

I hate that the whole thing makes life harder to get through when you're NOT a cheerleader/jock (not sure if this is the case in other areas, but my school, after this incident, decided that ANYONE who fell outside of those lines were the ones to watch to bomb the school). -.-

Also: Trying to stop bullying automatically gives MORE room for favoritism. Should just leave things as they were since the only REAL bullying it prevents is that which could fall onto those who the school admin favor.

marylin manson cant be blamed, i mean after all, it was THEIR decision to kill those people. even though i was pissed to find out fellow Christians were being killed for their beleifs ( i know it was only a few who were Chritian, but still ) i didnt get mad at or blame manson, or God for letting this happen. everyone has free will, they're the only ones that can be held accountable for their actions

Yes, cos christians are well known for their love of the sancitity of life... I mean its not like 2 of the bloodiest wars in history was fought because of christian beliefs....
