"I do die on occasion, but the Gods keep bringing me back." Erik then said. "No other hero has been deemed worthy of my power."

"I can't die," Kraids voice sang out through Avins mouth, a grin plastered across their face. "Miles however..." He trailed off, tilting his head slightly.
"We don't like to talk about it," Avin said, straightening their belt. "But how unfortunate for you," They spoke, turning towards Erik. "Must hurt like a ********."

Erik laughed. "Only the death. The life is what keeps me going, I suppose."

"Well if nothing else," Avin shrugged, glancing over their shoulder. "This town was far more lively a few years ago," They remarked, scanning the empty streets.
