Quite possibly the greatest collection of Hakkers and Vampires in all of Lyndria, Bulen is an enormous city hidden within a hollowed mountain in the Perennial Mountain Range. With the help of Nyxian technology, the Bulen have managed to create a flawless security system. This is quite necessary for their lifestyle, as Shadowed are to remain within the Black Woode at all times, according to the Boundary Laws set forth by the Royal Family. Should they ever be discovered, they would immediately find themselves being hunted by the Opalescent Army (a.k.a. the greatest army in Lyndrian history).
