I don't care much for realistic fiction but one of my teachers gave me Merlin's Keep to read and the book was great!!!!!!! She's also written The Golden Urchin (also good) and The Long Masquerade (reading now). Sadly the books are out of print, but if you can find them read them!!!!!! Madeleine Brent is now among my fave authors, possibly top. O_o
