Since the Beginning we have destroyed the earth, and every 800 years the five elemental Goddesses would come down onto the earth to rejuvenate the world. These Goddesses would place their souls and powers inside of one woman. along with these Goddesses were the Gods, who trapped them selves inside of friends of the women that were inhabbitied by the Goddesses, the men would notice this by a moving tattoo that would place itself on the men. The tattoos would be the animal of that element and the color of the element.

Lightning-Dashing Rabbit-yellow: To Appear on Ricardo J (RJ)
Earth-Bear-Brown:skywerwolf
Fire-Dragon-Red:Hayashi(Hayashi)
Wind-Eagle-Green:Ryikk Nara(Ryikk Nara)
The Women who were hosts for those Goddesses needed to do a job, that job was to protect the earth, rejuvenate the world, and to rekindle the hope, love, and lives of human kind. there we restrictions to the uses of the powers. The powers of the Gods and Goddesses are unreachable by normal ninja.
The women could only use the powers to do the jobs, or to fight life threatening foes, While the Guardian could only use the powers to Protect the Women. While the people who were inhabbited by the Gods and Goddesses could still use jutsu as though they were of two ranks higher than them normal selves at anytime.
The Women would be chosen by five legendary Items given to them by a man sent by the goddesses, the items were these.
Wind-Kimono: Given to iRipp [Passed down from Female to Male]
Water-Jewel Necklace: Given to TearsofSaturn (Mizukage)
Lightning-Fingerless Gloves: Given to Eris5 (susumu)
Fire-Burning Red Katana:Being Given to Ruhler (Akayashi Inuzuka)
Earth-Boots: Unknown Receiver.
There is another group, the Elemental Devils, they worship each of these gods and so they also gain there powers. These worshippers each have a special god that they worship, each and only one. Thusly these worshippers can only use that element, but there use of these elements are almost unrivaled. The use of any other element will result in a huge drain on the body, and if used twice in one battle it will result in a rejection of that god. Only the Women can come close, the Guardians will be easily outmatch unless helped by one another. The worshippers of these groups are led by one ( the kazekage) they will each receive a bone from the mysterious leader and will it will be used to contact them. They all wear a different cloak for each of their elements, and a demon mask while on the hunt. Each wears the color of their element for example the fire worshipper will where the red cloak, the water worshipper will wear the blue cloak. Their mission is to unseal the Goddesses and free them from their bodily state.... whatever the cost.
