There is much debate as to whether guns are "bad" or "good". I don't want any arguing on this matter. If you are against guns then press the "back" button on your browser and go to another thread. If you want an anti gun thread then go see if there is one around and if there isn't then make one.

That being said for those who have a favorite gun please tell us what it is. I ask that you try to be specific if you can. The Sniper Rifle is really vague as there are all sorts of sniper rifles.

NOTE: This doesn't have to be a gun you own.

My favorite would have to be the Austrian Steyr Armee Universal Gewehr.

This firearm ranked #7 on the Military Channels top 10 battle rifles. I have the segment of that on my profile media.

Be an example to your men,
in your duty and in private life. Never spare yourself,
and let the troops see that you don't in your endurance
of fatigue and privation.

Israel knows quite a bit about combat. It's just too bad that they HAVE to know this.

Always be tactful and well-mannered and teach your
subordinates to do the same. Avoid excessive
sharpness or harshness of voice, which usually
indicates the man who has shortcomings of his own to hide.

Is there a specific magnum model you prefer over others? If not a model then how about at least a style like automatic or revolver?

Model 500 Revolver User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

why? The S&W is the most powerful commercially produced "handgun cartridge," assuming you mean "power" as foot-pounds of energy

I'd prefer a revolver magnum to an automatic myself. With an automatic you need moving parts that are VERY durable.
