I actually bought an Uglydoll at a nearby boutique, and I love it dearly.
You're own renditions of the Uglydolls are a great start! I think maybe you could pay a little more attention to the proportion, but you're definitely on the right track.

I have a Jeero and a wadge.. they make me happy. ^^
I'm so glad there are other uglydoll fans out there. biggrin
Thanks for the suggestion about the porportions. biggrin I really want to work on that, but am still working on getting them drawn right. LOL I'm going to make the one named Babo next, a little bigger one than before. Babo is really my favorite and so I want him larger for more cuddleability. LOL razz

They're so ugly... so adorable. I want to make some now.

I love ugly dolls! they're adorable. hm, maybe you should try making icebat's wings and legs shorter, and draw out a pattern. Also if I made one, I would try making it all one piece and not other pieces sewn on. I don't know how you did it, but those are just tips~ heart
So thats what they are called. I remember seeing them in a small shop a few years ago and again when I visited Annecy in France. At least I think it was these. They look very similar.
You've done a good job at recreating them but like others have said, Ice Bat's proportions could have been better. Keep up the work though. You've already improved great with Wage.

Aw, I love them. I really want Uglydog, and I'm happy that they no longer cost like £30.

I love them.
My sister's friend made one once.. it was *heaps* cute. I fancy making a few.. I just need the felty material.
I've seen them many times. They're pretty cool. I have something that looks kinda like one but isn't. I got it from a crane machine. XDDD Cost me 50 cents! TAKE THAT OVERPRICED STUFFED ANIMALS.
