Description: A genjutsu that involves the eyes. If the user's opponent looks at the user's eyes, he or she will be casted into a genjutsu without even knowing it, unless he or she could tell when they are in one. This genjutsu can only be described as living hell. After looking into the users eyes the surrounding area disappears and a fiery dark land that never ends forms around them, In this genjutsu the user can attack the enemy in anyway. Though, a mastered Ranmaru User that has not enough chakra can pass out, only required for those of Jounin and higher. This genjutsu could be canceled by the opponent using the Kai - Release technique, which can cancel out illusions.
Boushi Senpuku (Eye Concealment)
Description: Using this the user can conceal their chakra and body, but as soon as the user attacks they are visible again. The user can NOT attack in this form. Could be used for stealth missions.
Kyoukan Ritsuzen (Assasins Horror)
Description: An eye technique. Also, a Genjutsu. Once the user looks into the enemies eyes with the Blood Red Eye time slows down for that enemy it seems as though you are moving at a high speed, or the enemy has been slowed down. It could also be canceled by the Kai - Release Technique.

Ame-Ken Jutsu (Rain-Blade Technique)
Description of what it does: After the user does a string of hand seals, the clouds would turn gray and blade-like objects, like swords, will start pouring out of the sky, on the area that the user wants it to be casted. Though, it can only be around the area that the user is in. It cannot be casted towards another village or so.
Hishou no Za Mitsukai (Flight of the Angel)
Description of what it does: A speed jutsu, made by Kairi. This jutsu does not need to do hand signs, but instead the user could quickly go, in at least less than three seconds, to another village. This was said to be one of the fastest speed jutsu that was known. Though, this is the first speed jutsu that Kairi had done. Also, this could be used repeatedly, with that, the user would leave after images of themselves, confusing the enemy during a battle.
Chekkumeito (Checkmate)
Description: This is an eye technique. The user's opponent(s) must look into the user's eyes for this to work, it will not work if the opponent does not look at the user's eyes. Just one look would be fine. When the opponent looks at the user's eyes, and the user casts the illusion, secretly of course, and a black hole will appear below the opponent. Then, multiple black blades will shoot up from the black hole and if it not dodged, which is possible, then the opponent is killed. The only way to dodge this is to use the Kai - Release technique, right after the black hole appears. This technique needs two posts to complete, one post for the black hole to appear below, and one for the black colored-like weapons. Only Kairi knows this jutsu, and should not teach anyone else this. Obviously, Kairi will not use this over and over, since it will be a waste of chakra, but she would only when it is really needed. With the Blood Red Eyes, Kairi masters her skills in illusions as well. This technique would help her with that.
Senbonzakura
Description- Senbonzakura makes the blade scatter into a thousand tiny blades. While the blades are supposedly too small to see normally, they appear as cherry blossoms because of the way the light shines on them. The user can control the blades at will, allowing him to shred opponents at a distance and break through almost any defense. While the user can control the blades with his mind alone, using the user's hands allows the user to do so more effectively, making the blades move almost twice as fast.
Senbonzakura ( Senbonzakura Kageyoshi )
The alternative technique of Senbonzakura ( Senbonzakura Kageyoshi ) is essentially a much larger version of Senbonzakura. To activate it, the user drops their sword. The sword passes through the ground and two rows of giant blades rise up from the ground behind the user or surrounding the enemy with the giant blades, giving no time for the enemy to escape. These then scatter into millions of tiny blades. The number of blades is great enough that the user can use them for defense and offense at the same time.
Shinso
Description- The users blade glows white and extends at high speed to impale the users opponents from a distance. The blade also carries tremendous force when extending without knocking the user himself back. In addition, the user can maintain the extension and swing the activated weapon in wide arcs, attacking multiple targets quickly and simultaneously.
Weakness: The Shinso though has a glitch to it, the user is open to attacks once the sword is heading towards the target. If the user is not too quick about it, he or she may be attacked openly.
Ice Release: Daiguren Hyorinmaru "Fusion"
Description: Aikou will raise her sword, pointing it to the sky. A light below her will surround her and glow brightly. Then, spreading the circle even wider. The air around will form a dragon's neck of Aikou's sword, then a spinning wall made out of ice will appear. After a few moments, the ice wall will shine, then when the light dims down, Aikou and an ice dragon had been fused together. (Just like in the picture) Additionally, her wings are capable of folding around her to serve as ice shields. The stronger the user is, the stronger the defense and strength is. Though, it is not made for absolute defense. If this jutsu was activated by a sannin, a Chuunin or below cannot break it, or shatter it. Though, only lightning element can shatter this, fire will not work.
Requirements: Must have iRipp's RPC to teach it to you.
The technique is more powerful with Asami's katana, since that is where the technique had originated.
Ikazuchi Makai (Thunder from Hell)
Description: The user puts their hand on the ground and transfer lighting down to the ground, and then the user uses all his/her strength and push down onto the ground and thousands of thunder bolts come out of the ground hitting anyone in 5 mile range. Range depends on rank and shinobi strength.
Raikou Fenikkusu (Lightning Phoenix)
Description: The user is covered in lightning and then the lighting will come off the body and form into a bird like creature that the user can control only at will. Though, a mistake could cause the electrical charges to be sent throughout the user, thus could cause death or paralysis. The lightning around the user could be used as wings or many other forms to aid him or her in battle.
Rikkido Katana [Liquefying Katana]
Description: It is not exactly a jutsu, it is a passive skill that Ripp Tsukiko had developed with his katana. This passive skill is very unique. Ripp's katana is able to liquefy itself, thus the reason why he does not carry it around. Ripp has it inside his own body and could have it come out of his palms and turn into a hard non-breaking katana.

Background:
Asami Tsukiko was born in the Tsukigakure, and was trained by her grand father. Her grand father had the same blood line as her, and she was just going to be the next Tsukikage. Asami never knew her parents, but instead just her grand father. When he died of old age, Asami took over the seat, and became leader of Tsukigakure, becoming the First Female Tsukikage. She was titled as the Tsukyomi, Moon Goddess. Asami was able to take control over her own powers and was able to become an even better successor than she thought she was going to be. With the power of the Blood Red Eyes, she was able to change her outfit automatically, when a battle starts.

This jutsu acts mostly defensively, since any projectiles coming this way are gathered and pulled into the whirlwind, which can throw back the weapons to where direction they came from. If close enough, the opponent can also get pulled into the mini-tornado, being spun out of control for several seconds before being thrown out with a strong velocity capable of injuring them should they crash hard.

When using the Kage Buyou to get behind your opponent's back and facing his/her back, the user need only to push kick one side of the opponent's body. The push kick isn't damaging at all, rather, it is used to initiate a spiral motion onto the opponent's body similar to Omote Renge and Ura Renge. The opponent spins as a result of disequilibrium between the weights of the shoulders and hips. As the opponent's body spiral, it then begins to plummet downward due to gravity and collides with the surface of the ground.
What is important to realize about this taijutsu technique is that it is weaker compared to the Omote Renge and Ura Renge for these reasons. First, the user isn't carrying the opponent and spiraling downwards to the Earth, therefore a loss of momentum and spinning force found in Omote and Ura is present. Second is that the opponent can easily catch him/herself and prevent from crashing into the ground by simply recovering at the last minute, provided that they aren't dizzy from the spinning motion. This taijutsu was designed by Lei so that it would be less dangerous to the user and create no strain in exchange for lessening the damaging power of the Lotus as well as providing an enemy an opportunity to escape. *learning*
Omote Renge

Omote Renge is a Taijutsu technique which was forbidden due to the strain it puts on a ninja's body. By opening the first of the Celestial Gates, the Initial Gate, the ninja is able to release the restraints in the brain and push the body farther. In this case, the user is able to increase his speed and power. To utilize the Omote Renge, the user first loosens the bandages around his arm. With a quick dash he is suddenly below his target and a quick upward kick sends his opponent skyward. The user then jumps into the air to place his chest to the back of his opponent. He then wraps his arms and the bandages around his opponent to prevent escape. As the pair begin their fall back to earth, The user begins to spin downwards at a high rate of speed, driving his opponent head first into the ground. At the last moment the user himself releases the bandages and jumps to the clear. Though the technique injures his opponent, it also takes its toll on user's body as well. Lei's variation requires only his hands fastened around the opponent's body.

Background:
Lei was raised in an orphanage ran by a kind caretaker who was in reality good friends with his parents during their childhood years, unbeknownst to Lei. The caretaker and the children in the orphanage were literally family to Lei, so compared to most children, he had a really good upbringing, despite the fact that he was blind the moment he came into the world as a baby. Byakugan Background:
The byakugan is a bloodline based ability only accessible by members of the Hyuuga clan. This is the sharingan's predecessor. The byakugan is also a pupil based ability which allows physical, emotional, and mental insight. In terms of insight the byakugan is the most superior of the two. Anyone can recognize it just by looking in the eyes because the Hyuuga clan family members all have white eyes. The byakugan itself translates into 'white eyes.'
The sharingan did evolve from the byakugan but they are two different powers. The byakugan does not possess the ability to mimic techniques. But in spite of that, it is still powerful. Like said before, the byakugan is the most powerful in terms of insight.
The byakugan's fearful and devastating ability is that it can see through almost anything. It contains the ability to see chakra holes and openings. The jyuuken, which is the gentle fist type taijutsu, is incredibly effective when combined with the byakugan. The jyuuken is a taijutsu especially for members of the Hyuuga clan to learn. First they activate the byakugan by performing a few hand seals. Then the use it to look through the person physically. This way they can see the chakra circulating through the chakra highway in their opponent's body. Then they attack by using the jyuuken type taijutsu and they make sure that they aim for their opponent's chakra openings. The users of the byakugan basically hit their opponents chakra openings directly and they can either stop the chakra flow or redirect it. This stopping of chakra and redirecting it is done by forcing the byakugan user's own chakra into their opponents chakra openings. The size of t hese holes are extremely minuscule. It is incredible for anyon e to actually hit those holes considering that they are so small and that there are 361 points in the chakra highway. This is in terms of power and physical insight.
The byakugan has the power of mental and emotional insight. It can see what the person feels and is thinking at the moment just by reading their physical and outer gestures. For example, if one of the byakugan users looked into the eyes of their opponent, they could read what they are thinking. By reading what they are doing with their hands and other body movements, they can tell what that person wants to do. The insight of the byakugan is amazing and fearful. This is all in terms of it's power in mental and emotional insight.
Another of the byakugan's incredible abilities is that it can see 360 degrees around themselves. This allows them to respond more quickly to oncoming attacks. This also gives the byakugan user's opponent an unusual feeling like that their opponent has eyes on the back of their head. These are the incredible abilities of the byakugan.
