I heard that they stopped writing the script because the genious, Douglas Adams (RIP), died. They weren't going to finish or write another one becasue it wouldn't be as realistic (if you would call it that) as it should be. Basically, without Douglas Adams (RIP), there will be no more film. Unless they get really dumb and write it anyways, which is Hollywood if you really think about it. The dumb part, not so much the writing part.

It would be cool, as long as they were loyal to the books. If they started messing around with the plot and characters and things it would suck.


..and bad ratings do not mean a sequel won't get made. From what I can tell, the worse the rating is the more likely the sequel will be.

they already did that. I saw the ad for it and knew it would be nothing like the book. lots of people were dissapointed about it not following the plot. i walked into the mvie theater expecting something completely different. I was not dissapointed mrgreen
