problems with activity levels

I would post in there, but one, there is no plot to that at all. Two, it doesn't specify what's going on, ex: who's in what squad or where we even are!

How can I work with that??

I think it's plenty of time. I always post at least once a week in my guilds. Some guilds I know have that you need to post at least twice a day!!
