As she wandered through the streets, Outou removed the scroll and began reading through it. She couldn't wait to start analyzing its contents, despite her bumping into many people along the way. As she read over the first several stages of the style, she felt rather confident that she would be able to master it. The style was perfect for her and her body type. It was a style of grace and flexibility, speed over strength, defense and counterattacks.

The first Akira wasn't difficult to comprehend. The scroll even contained the proper stances and movements required to master. From taking the stance, Outou would not be knocked down by minor attacks due to the balance of her body. The one thing she needs to be careful off is accidentally cutting herself with the fans.

Outou finally arrived at the shop, glancing around at the wide varieties of weapons. The sun shone through the doorway, creating a glistening reflection on the blades of the swords. Staves, spears, greatswords, kunais, shurikens, all of them were lined up and displayed across the walls. Konoha definitely has fine blacksmiths that pour their soul into the weapons they create. That was when she saw them, two perfectly handcrafted fans. The outer spokes made of heavy plates of iron which were designed to look like normal, harmless folding fans.

Outou was immediately drawn to them, grabbing them as the storekeeper announced the price for them. "Can you please put it on Shiranai sensei's tab?" Outou asked as she took the fans and strapped them across her belt. The shop keeper nodded, talking about how he has seen Shiranai come to his shop for weapons and supplies. With the fans in hand, Outou stepped out of the shop and began walking back towards the training field.

Obito entered the weapon shop and smiled to the owner. Then he started to speak to him. "I need 5 kunais. Here is the money" Obito handed some money to the weapon shop owner and then said farewells and exit back to Konoha gates.

As Obito entered the weapon shop, he already knew what he wanted. "Good day, I am here to buy a katana. I want that black hilted one over there." The owner gave Obito this katana ,and Obito gave him the money. Then Obito headed towards the training grounds ,the new katana on his back.
