Arc Problem?

What will we do with the 4th arc?

I do have one that requires little time and few people but still has a nice story I VALUE THE STORY.

Virtuous Mission

Story

Scientist under the alias Sleep. Sleep is in a facility protected by guards. A ninja is assigned to Rescue him the ninja's alias is Hebi.Sleep was forced to make a mutated animal that rivals the power of a bijuu(correct my spelling).
Another ninja under the alias Raijin wishes to take sleep and his reserch to make the said animal. The one who trained Hebi is also there under the alias commandant. Commandant commands a group called Coup de Grace.The members of Coup De Grace is yet to be reveled.Zero is the commanding officer of Hebi he does not directly help Hebi but he does give hebi tips from time to time. Ocelot was assinged to take Sleep to Raijin.

Sleep. =
Description: Sleep is a scientist/medical nin who has a chakra control device attached to him/her thus he/she cant use any jutsus.
(dont worry you aint supposed to die in this arc)

Hebi =
Description: Main Protagonist. You are here to rescue Sleep from the guards and Raijin take him to your village and destroy the papers of the research
Pros
Knowledge of camouflage.
Has excellent taijutsu.
Has knowledge of animal behavior
Excellent weapon user.
Cons.
Weak against fire jutsus.
Fear of Vampires (lol)
slow running speed.

Ocelot= ME!!!
Description: Ninja of Raijin. Not much is known about him.
Pros.
Excellent at weapons
Excellent at torture
Has special kunais that are just sharper
excellent runner.
Cons
Not good at taijutsu without weapon
low stamina
takes time in getting his weapons.

Commandant. =
Description: Commander of hebi. Respected fighter. Head of Coup de Grace who are loyal to him/her till death.
Pros
Good with weapons
Has excellent taijutsu.
Good in ambush
Special Suit that helps in taijutsu(increacing movement and attack speed)
Cons.
Weak against fire jutsus.
Special Suit drains chakra when used.
Long fights take toll on him/her(around 2 pages will already start draining stamina)

Raijin=
Description: Main antagonist.Raijin is obsesed with world domination/making him/herself rich.
Pros
excellent lightning jutsus.
Excellent taijutsus.
Has Large stamina.
can make explosives detonate with lightning
Cons
Metal conducts lighting
Lighting=Large chakra drain
Slow running

...well this is just a shortened version of my last submission...I said the outcome is always different it does not have a fixed outcome... For example i might not let Hebi get cloned.

My foundation is the MGS cause it seems like it wont match with the naruto storyline.

i do have a second arc ill post it after doing arrangements with the characters cause it was originally for a dice system.

I named my alias Jack cause he was called jack by the boss.
Oh and the second arc has to do with ... Ice and alot of it

Awaken The Fallen

Story:
3 years ago two men battle on the river by Mist. Both skilled at the use of water and ice. At the end one was defeated by freezing him in place. He said as he froze
"This is not over yet...not by a..." He sealed part of his soul into an amulet he held.
The amulet was dropped into the river and now is floating to be found.Who ever holds the amulet will be granted great powers of ice but at the cost of bitter torment that the frozen one is casting by telling him to break him out of the ice.


Characters

Finder of the amulet.
Description:Somewhere between the middle of antagonist and protagonist.
Pros
Great Powers of Ice.
Lots of chakra
Slowed bleeding.
Not highly affected by water.
Cons.
Mental torment.
Cant feel how it is to be human.(look at Mr freeze)
cant drop the amulet,give ,sell etc

Frozen soul.
Description: due to being frozen he/she now wishes vengeance on the world by freezing it and ruling it.As soon as he/she is free.
Pros
You are hidden.
You can mentaly torment the one with the amulet.
Great powers over ice(more than the one with amulet)
Ice puns???
Cons
Ice puns
You are frozen in place
Fire.

Any other person may take the amulet and join in the fray .
