If you are not on the list of bloodline or clan owners and caught rp'ing with the bloodline you will be in much trouble. On the subject of bloodlines/clans I will not be accepting any sharingan. inuzuka, mokuton, chakra mouths, or kaguya requests until the rollcall is over.
