AAAaaaaahhhhhhh, computer virus

Our computer got hit bad with a virus yesterday. And everything that we tried to fix it, only broke it more. I had to whipe the HD, reinstall the OS, get three new internet protection programs(Avast antivirus, ADaware, & SPYbot search and destroy - and we finally got rid of that lousy norton).

I was up to 3AM working on it, and purple still had to make all her extra tweaks to her section. It will be a while till everything feels the same again, but at least it's working much faster now.

Norton is a piece of s**t.
It came with my computer when I first got it a few years ago. I had it for about two weeks and wound up with 3 Trojans on my computer. I got AVG, and since I've had it I have -never- had a virus. *knocks on wood* ...Then again, I don't really download anything either.

Nortan sucks big time. Avast is good. I have Avast and Avira. Though, I think Avast expired eek

Yeah, it's funny, when Norton started years ago, it was the best. Talk about a downfall. xp
