As the cloud continues to blossom in over population...I ask that you re direct new ninja to the ROck village. In turn the rock shall be a close Ally in war, commerce, and trade. This however does not include war with leaf village...if happens the rock shall remain neutral.

Though, I must add that many ninja have either become Missing-Nins or became inactive, and Ive been thinking that we should maybe post like a new profile forum to find out who's active and still apart of the village, so we really can have a faithful population-because though the profile forum has many posts, its been almost cut in half. Though, the population redirection idea in general sounds pretty good to me. ^^
