	Ummm... I got a really good suggestion from one of our newest members. Take all the members that have never posted anything in the guild since they've join and just kick them out... no warnings, just delete.

	I am getting really stress on how many member actually even post. It is very disturbing, is it because there is nothing to do here or what? I always find a little something to do... (maybe I'm just weird) sweatdrop
