somebody send me a pm and said that i am reported.. but the sender is not an npc.. and asks for my username and password.. is this real?

No it is not. Report the PM and keep it for reference. The person wants your password so they can take everything of yours.
Either way, I believe you don't receive a PM when you are reported.
I'll try and find out.
Edit: Nope, my friend got banned once... well, one account of hers. She didn't know until the day she logged in that she was ever reported.
