Chain or coils/horse shoes? (Help me decide? <3)

So yeah, I changed my earrings for once.

It used to look like (pardon the crappy quality):



But now I've changed them to some surgical-steel coils with little rubber spiky things (the bottom is just a regular surgical-steel 'horse shoe'):



It hurt to stretch them for the horse shoe/coils. D;

But what d'you think? O:

Or what kind of earrings should I get?

Feedback would be greatly appreciated. <3

I'm not sure what they're actually called,
but my friend has some earrings that she calls "ear huggers".
I think they're kind of cute:




But if I had to decide between the two you posted...
I'm not sure.

I like the coil, but I'm not a big fan of the spikey ball.
And the chain looks really cool, but it seems like it would be irritating.

I have no idea, but I can't imagine it would be too expensive.
I'll ask the next time I get the chance.

Aha! Their real names are "cartilage cuffs".
You can probably find them online.
My friend got her's for $15, I think she said.

I like the second one better. Don't like the spiky thing but if you do then thats all that matters.

With the chain I would be scared of tugging it. Im just careless and would forget and like end up accidentally yanking it.

I actually changed the ends, instead of the little spiky things, there's just metal "cones", they look like little devil tails. xD

I'll try to find a picture. n__n
