I'm sick of people expecting society to babysit them. Mr. Rogers, modern music, video games, and anything else that can be disapproved of, are not the reason your children are the way they are. If you haven't raised them to exercise common sense and understand the difference between media and the real world, then you have failed as a parent. Period.

I mean, come on? Telling a child the he/she is special makes them happy to be who they are. I am so ******** serious. Children need that sort of encouragement. Seriously, a child growing up without any sort of positive reinforcement or knowledge that they are loved because who they are will drastically change the way the develop mentally, socially, and emotionally in a negative way.
Mr. Rogers did something that was ******** epic to a child who could understand him. All a kid wants to do is impress his/her parents. To be special, to be loved and all that. Hell, getting positive reinforcement from any adult is great for a child.

Know what makes lazy, socialists? Well, I don't, but I'm pretty ******** positive it isn't Mr. Rogers.

Edit: Being told you're special because you are you means that you don't need to change anything about yourself just to be considered worthy in someone's eyes.

If children or worthless or lazy, it's a parent's fault for not raising a child with enough discipline.

I see this, kids being complete retards, never listening, and I'm pretty sure is that because kids these days are punished without words instead of pain, they don't need to listen to their parents or listen to any authority.
