I'm interested in implants. Horn implants.
(Could someone please tell me what the proper term is?)
But I can't find any information on them whatsoever.
All I can find are gossip-like forums, short blogs and Enigma fan pages.

Are there different kind of horns that you can get?
What materials can you use for horns?
So far I've found Teflon, coral or stainless steel.
I've also read that you can use goat horns,
but that sounds kind of shady and more like gossip.

I've even found microdermal horns,
but that wasn't the direction that I was planning to go.
It's cute, but I would want them to seem more "natural", if you will.

I've also read about a woman who naturally sprouted a horn.
They say it was grown out of a hormonal imbalance, but...
Again, I can't find any information about it or if you can induce a false one.
(Wouldn't that be just fantastic? Haha!)

So, yes, any information would be just wonderful.
However, I don't want to hear how "ugly" you might think it is.
Or how unsafe it is unless you have helpful information about it.
Or how I should "think about it" and blah blah blah.
Of course I have to think about it.
But everyone has to start somewhere.

Right now, I just want to find out more.
So please, any input?

This might be useful as a starting point. Also, seeing as they are subdermal implants, here. I also found a FAQ on all implants, but there will probably be some useful info in there 3nodding .

It may seem rather stupid, but if you have a myspace you can message the people who have had it done and ask them about it?

I've recently started talking to Jesse Star, hes really nice.

PTFE is the only material you should even consider.

They are done the same as any other subdermal implant. You just stretch them up to a larger size gradually.

I think they usually use teflon.

I just say if you're going to do it, spend the money and travel to someone who has done this a lot, like Steve Haworth.

Wow I fully endorse this, I never see anyone with anything like that.
I was actually just talking to a friend of mine about it, she wanted a set of horns as well.
Best of luck!

big name people in the body mod world tend to do this on a client by client basis after you contact them personally. steve haworth and howie both usually tour around the states, and even travel out of the US for clients. they're some of the biggest names in subdermal implants (such as horns).

hope that helps. you just gotta email the guys with inquiries, usually. they're really nice.

Total respect to you for having the balls to want to get them. I like them on other people but they'd probably piss me off if they were on me lol x
