I guess technohippie is a pretty good description of me, as I spend ost of my time sitting in front of this infernal machine lol. Hippie-ness was something that came on me in increments. Most of my family, with the possible exception of dad, are very materialist. Took a lot of flak for not being concerned with having stuff. Plus, my personal path took me to some pretty strange places. And while I do pine for those glorious days of the 60's (that I never knew...) it's good to see a new Movement starting again. Who knows, maybe this tie we'll get it right.

the movement is not starting again, it's just always been there since the 60s.
╔═☮══════╗ You know what's odd, a lot of the people in the guild don't seem to understand actually hippie, and just pretty much make it seem like the stereotypical kind of crap. ╚══════☮═╝ »☮«And I swear, they think too much and feel so little

I hate stereotypes so much. People associate Hippie with smoking weed and not bathing. I've been a Hippie for two years don't smoke weed, and bathe occasionally. But I'm still a Hippie.
Well, the only real influence I had as a child was my mom, who introduced me to tie-dye ( blaugh ) and having an open-mind. The rest... I think I just grew up that way.
I think I might've been a hippie in a past life, and that may have something to do with it. 3nodding
