Has anyone else see this performance?

(You have to watch this to understand what I'm trying to say
open the link, make the window take up the full page (it makes the video part larger) then click videos
and scroll down the list until it's the live performances.)

Personally, I hate to say it, but I think it's reather.. not good.
They're all off, and Shadows isn't screaming at all.
Instead he's doing this opera style barritone singing.
And you'd think they could do the new songs somewhat well, seeing as they don't have to change the way Shadows sings.
But no, they were still pretty bad compared to the CD.

The only good part of it is the drumming, and Syn.
Holy ******** that guitar solo is some degree of awsomeness.

What happened to them?
They were so great at warped.. but this is just..
so much of a lower level.
What do you think?

so what he doesnt scream, he rocks regardless. plus i mean you dont have to scream to be metal or good. i mean iron maiden is an amazing group and all the songs i've heard of theirs they dont have screaming. personally i prefer sctual singing cause i can actually understand what they say without looking at the lyrics. they were probably trying out a different degree of a way to perform live to see how the crowd felt because they need to see what sounds best to them and the audience.

yeah okay, what I'm saying is that it dosen't rock so much when he sings like that.
And I know they don't have to scream to be good or be metal, that dosen't matter
it's just that when the singing is bad. Then that bothers me.

Like City of Evil is just fine, and it rocks even though he's not screaming
buuuut this performance...
I can't say it's good.

Guitar solo was AMAZING.
I noticed the baritone-like singing too. Not so much of a fan either.

ok, I'm glad some one agrees with me

and it's not just all
"You're not a real fan of theirs because you don't like everything done by them"
or someting like that.

Being critical of them is better then just liking everything they do just because its them.

What I've noticed from my experiences is that bands are always better when I see them in concert as compared to seeing them on TV/internet. I've never seen a TV performance that has been better than when I actually see the band live.
