In the wastelands of the abandoned Snow country lays a large tower, it is inhabited by only a few, their names are unknown.

The tower is twenty stories tall, and is made of Titanium rock, reinforced with Obsidian. To keep the general public and wandering nin from finding it is a False place Genjutsu; making it look like a large slate of an Ice mountain.
