u know how there is chuck taylor all star's right? well, jack purcell is another version of converse. i think the most popular are chuck taylor all star's. but there are other types of converse out there. check out the converse website. [:

no theyre all names of the brand on converse jack purcell is a brand of converse and all star is a brand and so on

Chuck Taylor is the basketball brand converse, where as Jack Purcell is the tennis brand of converse, aka chuck taylor for backetball players, jack purcell is for tennis players. Chuck Taylor was a basketball player and Jack Purcell was a tennis player. Don't think I can be any more clear than that, and yes I repeated it 3 times just to burn it into your brain. (this is the second place in this guild I have posted this, so if you see this more than once, its because Im trying to help ppl understand what Jack Purcells are)
