Sumi I think it would be a good idea however to close some of the villages the way we have done with snow. Villages like the snow and the rock were proposed somewhat as an idea because all the others were overcrowded, since that is no longer the case I don't see a need for villages such as mine anymore until activity picks back up.

Well rock is one of the main 5 villages, so it always in the ranks. The problem is rock always gets the rough end of the stick.

Leaf is popular because it the main show in the series

Cloud is popular cause it the center for lightning jutsu

Sand is popular because of Sand Siblians, Sand users, and puppet users.

Mist is popular because of the Mist 7

Rock just has nothing, and almost no show time in the series. So the only thing would be it the center for earth jutsu. Though earth jutsu are never to popular since it more of a defensive type instead of offensive

And

Grass is popular cause it has grass jutsu, and was the 'new' thing at the time.

What if we did something for rock? like, give it a spesific thing that makes it more note-able but on par with the other villages. like:

A Rock specific set of jutsu, Access to Stronger rock jutsu per rank
Larger number of S-rank shinobi
Different ranking methods (such as instead of an exam filled with out of rp tests, a test that involves other villages via Missions)

Also, for what ish said a while back:
i usally read through the new pros just for the sake of incase someone does try to auto-rank thenself/illegal weapons/unapproved bloodlines and usally inform a vc/crew of it...just cause i have time to...

I forgot, that we have plans for rock...I'm sure that when you're rpc's discover these plans they'll either be excited...or deeply disturbed and horrified.
