How bad is the fire Emblem Radiant Dawn transfer glitch?

Well, aparently, it seems there is a bad glitch in fire emblem radiant dawn. if you try to transfer data from a PoR "easy" file onto your file, the game "crashes" and freezes. But some people on forums seem to talk about it, without mentioning the "crash" but just saying it won't transfer.


So my question is: Will it Crash? like, ruin the game in any way? or just freeze, and be fine to still play after that?


i'm asking because well, i'm worried to upload data now, even when I am sure i played it on normal mode, it doesn't say it on the file, so i'm thinking "what if i'm wrong, maybe i hit easy and forgot." i'm just like that.

If the file is red it's easy mode, If It's not red It's not easy mode, So it won't glitch. I really dont know what will happen if a game has an easy mode and you try to transfer, and I really dont want to know. btw you can't have any easy modes at all or the glitch will happen ok.
