Lobe streaching

Ok Well I'm considering streaching one of the holes on my ear. And I have no clue how to go about it.
I sort of know the mechanics of it all but I was wondering if anyone had a sort of step-by-step sort of approach on how to do it

I used the tape method.
Although I used electrical tape which is apparently pretty bad.
I started from a 14g; took a tongue bar and wrapped one layer of tape around it then massaged my ears and the bar with bio oil and stuck it in there.
As soon as the bar would slide around my lobe easily I would add another layer of tape; sometimes I was adding a new layer everyday and sometimes it would be a week between stretches. Just depends on how quickly your body heals and if it feels fine with the current size.
Took about four months for me to get from 14g to 00g. But that is just my body; I know most people need a lot more time to heal in between stretches. Never got a blowout; never started bleeding; and my lobes still look beautiful. n___n
