Mine looks like a capital R going from dark blue to light blue and has a Mario cap on it. It has some sparkles in there too around it.

Well, at first it was a peanut, but it didn't end up looking appropriate, so I did a yellow smiley instead. His head isn't even circular. sweatdrop

I don't think that they check them..but I don't know.
I remember reading that they checked Blanca's Face (ACWW) for the online..but not sure about decals for MKDS.

Well Blancas faces are on the Nintendo Wifi connection website, and I think some decals are too actually. I forget. I haven't been there in a while. Maybe when they see a bad one they just don't post it on the website. After all, they do warn you that the game's experience may change during online play. confused
